Description:
Structural silicone stick systems are designed for modern façade applications where only the glass is visible from the exterior. The aluminum supporting frame remains visible from the inside, while the exterior is fully covered with glass. The glass panels are bonded to the frame with certified structural silicone, providing a sleek, transparent look for contemporary architecture.

• Profile depths: 65 mm, 85 mm, 105 mm, 125 mm (based on static requirements)

• Aluminum alloy: EN AW 6063 T5/T6

• Optional profile sections depending on structural needs

Glass Application:

• Suitable glass thickness: 24 – 32 mm (double-glazed, tempered or laminated)

• Mounting method: Structural silicone bonding (certified products)

• Fixing: Bonded on four sides directly to the frame

• Opening units: Optional top-hung (vasistas) sashes

• Air permeability: Class AE (EN 12152)

• Water tightness: Class RE 1200 (EN 12154)
